The Public Relations and Hospitals & Institutions Committee is subcommittee of the Humboldt Del Norte Area of Narcotics Anonymous. Our Purpose is to further our primary purpose of carrying the message to the addict who still suffers by informing the public that NA exist, works and is a. available, and by carrying the message to correctional facilities, hospitals, and institutions.
